Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Pinnacle Techies Solutions ("Company"), including website development, app development, software development, and other IT services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Services
1.1. The Company will provide website development, app development, software development, and other IT services as agreed upon in a separate contract or agreement.

1.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Company shall not be held liable for any such delays.

Intellectual Property
2.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the services provided by the Company, shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.2. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables of the services solely for your internal business purposes. You shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the deliverables without the prior written consent of the Company.

Confidentiality
3.1. The Company and the client may exchange confidential information during the course of providing services. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or with the express written consent of the other party.

Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

4.2. The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services provided.

Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party fails to comply with any material term or condition of this Agreement and does not cure such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.

5.2. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease, and both parties shall return any confidential information in their possession.

Ownership of Paid Assets
6.1. In the event of contract termination, any paid assets acquired by Pinnacle Techies Solutions, including but not limited to paid themes, stock images, and paid plugins, shall remain the exclusive property of Pinnacle Techies Solutions.

6.2. The client acknowledges and agrees that they have no rights or claims over these paid assets and shall not attempt to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify them in any way without the express written consent of Pinnacle Techies Solutions.
